The Heat-All line of induction heater, provided by BSL, is the perfect blend of power, reliability, and cost. These induction heating units are perfect as standalone units or integrated into one of our brazing, heat treating, or annealing application for a true turn-key system. We also provide full product support with coil design and build as well as product testing to insure your new system is ready to run out of the box.
Our new line of Heat-All Smart Induction Systems provides the latest technology in one complete package. Whether it’s brazing, heat treating, annealing, melting or any other heating application, Heat-All will be able to do it better and smarter.
Producing better products requires better control. That’s why our Heat-All system provides an optional closed loop pyrometer temperature measurement integrated directly into the induction generator. Simply point, set your desired heating temperature and start the cycle. The heat-all system will bring your product to temperature, soak heat if needed and stop.
